Bond-Chain: RWA Real Asset Tokenization Protocol (The RWA Standard)
This is Fusion-Labs’ flagship project, which aims to bring trillion-dollar traditional high-quality assets on-chain.
Legal Firewall (SPV)
We have established separate Special Purpose Vehicles in Delaware and the Cayman Islands. Each SPV holds only a specific class of real assets (such as U.S. Treasuries), providing complete isolation of assets from the company’s entity risk.
Trust Supervision
Assets are deposited by a licensed third-party custodian bank (Custody Bank), and legal documents are hashed through smart contracts, ensuring that every token on the chain has legal recourse.

Real-Time Yield Distribution
Traditional Treasury bonds require liquidation at maturity. Bond-Chain uses smart contracts to accumulate the interest income of the underlying U.S. Treasuries on a second-to-second basis and reflect it in the net value of the token in real time.
Extremely Fast Liquidity
With the adaptive liquidity pool developed by Labs, users can exchange digital treasury bonds for USDC or other liquid assets 24/7 without waiting for T+2 settlement in traditional financial markets.
Composability
Our RWA credentials have been integrated into mainstream DeFi lending protocols. Users can use their digital treasury bonds as collateral to obtain liquidity without selling assets.

Hedge-GPT: DeFi Logical Audit AI
Background
Traditional code audit cycles are long, expensive, and difficult to deal with logical attacks such as flash loans.
Technology
We trained a specialized financial large language model using hack data from the entire chain over the past five years. Hedge-GPT is capable of formally verifying complex smart contract nesting logic in milliseconds.
Current Status
It has served as the second-level sentinel for Hedge Fusion's internal risk control, successfully warning of multiple protocol anomalies that occurred in 2024.
Cross-Chain Liquidity Vortex
Pain points
The security of cross-chain bridges and fragmented liquidity are obstacles to institutional entry.
Solution
Develop a decentralized cross-chain matching protocol based on ZK-Light-Client to achieve non-perceptive asset cross-chain exchange and completely avoid the risk of private key theft of traditional cross-chain bridges.
